The timeline for a project varies based on its scope. For a small project, like decorating and furnishing a single living room without any remodelling, the design process usually takes around two weeks. This includes an initial consultation, measuring the space, gathering inspiration, and finalizing the design and budget. Once the design is approved, items need to be ordered. In Austria, most warehouse-stored items can be delivered within approximately two weeks. However, if special items need to be custom-made or specially ordered, the waiting time can extend up to 12 weeks. Once all items have been delivered, the installation typically takes up to a week, with most installations completed within about two days. Larger projects involving multiple spaces or extensive remodelling will require more time, but this gives you a good idea of the timeline for smaller projects.

We offer both in-person and virtual consultation options to accommodate our clients’ preferences and needs. Virtual consultations are a convenient way to discuss ideas, review plans, and receive professional advice from anywhere, saving you time while still benefiting from our expertise.
During our initial free consultation, we will take the time to get to know each other, understand your vision, and discuss your needs and preferences. This meeting typically lasts about 30 minutes to an hour. We will review your space and any ideas or inspirations you have gathered, and you can tell us about your style, goals, and budget. This is also the perfect opportunity for us to answer any questions you may have, explain our process, and determine how we can best support you. By the end of this session, we will have a clearer understanding of your project and be able to provide you with tailored advice and potential next steps.
After the design presentation, we typically allow a period of two weeks for our clients to review the proposal, request alternative items, or suggest changes — free of charge. This timeframe helps us incorporate your feedback efficiently and ensures the project stays on schedule.
Of course, if an extraordinary situation arises, we’re happy to coordinate and extend this period to accommodate your needs.
Once the two weeks have passed, we are still committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with the final plan. We can continue to adapt and refine the design, but additional changes after this period will be billed based on an hourly rate.
Our pricing structure is flexible and depends on the scope and complexity of each project. To best serve your needs, we offer both hourly rates and fixed-price packages for our different services. That’s why we always start with a free initial consultation to understand how we can work together effectively.
Hourly Rate: We charge €150 + 20% VAT per hour for services including consulting, design development, and project management. This option is ideal for smaller tasks or specific consultations.
Packages: For most complete projects, we create tailored packages, such as conceptual design, detailed design, or full turnkey solutions. These come with transparent fixed rates, which we determine based on the size of the space and the services involved.
